Today I decided to go for the 6pm mass instead of my usual 11am mass on Sundays.

Apparently there was a first holy communion for the pri 3s~! I had mine in pri 4.

Today I sat at the table and felt bored. I propped my elbows onto the table and lifted up my arms so that my hands reach up to my face. I transferred the weight of my head onto my hands therefore resting my head on my hands. I stayed that way for some time. After that, I went back to my activities.

What what what is this. It's like accumulated karma.

Today I went to the Bird Park and Night Safari with Denpapa jounetsu_ryu, Norgymama cheese_cookies and Sverigay bossu hiddoki.

I woke up at 8 today! Despite sleeping at 3.30... *was forced to* ): Had to go fill my medical report at SATA.
( First time I had breakfast in days. )

Cool. I slept at 4.30 and woke up at 8.30 and ain't tired at all! 8D

I've always wondered... why is it that I get to figure out more things when I'm half-asleep than when I'm fully awake? =\ Like figuring out how to craft certain props... or cut/sew certain patterns... or do something for an occasion... the ideas usually come when I'm about to wake up.

...Then I'll jump out of bed and do those things immediately D8

( Oh well. Not like it's a bad thing~ )

Man, my term 2 schedule just got worse~ My average end time is now... 5.05pm! /o/

How I survive the long, sometimes-boring lectures and tutorials? COFFE-- I mean nope nope... I'm out of my coffee days already!!! Holidays cured me. Now I drink soy bean 8D ~

The theme for this year's MJC Orientation is 'Fortitude'. I've just been through the first day ;)

It started with all of us being hyped up, including the J2s who were supposed to be in their lectures lol. That's cause the principal herself decided that she should do the opening ceremony, by ABSEILING DOWN THE SCHOOL WALL FROM THE ROOFTOP, and GIVING A SPEECH DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS ohmygod.

She started from the very top saying like "Oh we all face challenges in our lives. When you first started out, you'll naturally be scared. I mean, even this is only my 3rd time abseiling." and descends down with a good pace... "As you face the challenges, you become more easily adapted and solve problems with less fear...you get closer and closer to the ground" and then touches the ground. "And then you land with a smile."

Oh my god principal you're so AWE-INSPIRING.

and I never thought I'll say that about my principals too.

Moving on~
We finally got our assigned Civic Groups, which are also our Orientation Groups. I'm in Callisto 3 ~! though I wanted Miranda cause it's black <3

There are 5 houses - Atlas (the dragon, yellow), Callisto (the two-headed??? eagle, blue), Phobos (the phoenix, red), Triton (the merman, green) and Miranda (the horse, black).

They're names of moons of some of the planets in our solar system lol <3

We had icebreakers first thing first. That's when my CG mates got to know that I'm a cosplayer haha... I made friends with 2 girls who're into Japanese sub-culture too <3 and one of them's considering to join the community and be a cosplayer. hurhurhur...

We had another mass dance practice session after that. This time, the couple dance. I got paired with a random boy from Callisto 8 and we had to dance to Accidentally In Love and... one more song which I'm not familiar with. They're cool <3 I love the dances *-*

We had the fusion dance practices a day or two before. A fusion of the Tokyo Drift song, Livin La Vi Da Loca, Mambo #5, Everybody and...one more song which I don't know the title. It was fun! But very difficult to learn in such a short time lol.

After lunch break, it's the ORA~~

A story game which will last throughout the 3 days (probably?).

The initiation:

The clans each have their own power stone which they treasure. As all of them are equal in power, the clans are always in cold war with one another, always trying to overpower one another...

One day! The queen of Callisto finds her power stone missing, and what was left behind was a strand of seaweed. She was outraged and accused Triton for stealing her stone.

Likewise, the other kings of the clans found their power stones missing.

The king of Phobos found his stone replaced with a blue feather, and accused Callisto.
The king of Atlas found a horseshoe, and accused Miranda.
The king of Miranda found a dragon tooth, and accused Atlas.
The king of Triton found a lava stone, and accused Phobos.

The clans had a war.

Now it's our job to find out who stole what, and solve the problem once and for all.

There are 5 different 'elemental zones' in the campus to which each clan belong to.
Atlas the fire, Callisto the wind, Phobos the light, Triton the water and Miranda the land.

Each OG are to complete a min of 2 stations out of 5 in each zone and gather as many house points as possible. With each station completed, a clue will be given to lead to the culprit of the theft of your power stone. (Is it really Triton? D;)

However! There's a limit to 40min in each zone, after which we have to move on to the next.

There are also zone advantages for respective houses. Eg. in the Wind Zone, Callisto will earn double the points for the same amount of work done compared to other houses.

Tough, tiring... at the end of 3h20min, we're all done ~_~ (got quite wet in the Water Zone too...)





Obviously, the culprit wasn't Triton. Nor were the other clans culprits of each other. (Who the hell would leave evidence as easily as that?!)

It was..... AN EVIL SOMEONE WHOM WE CURRENTLY DON'T KNOW. Oh wow. So this shall be continued during tomorrow's Amazing Race I suppose?
